Refund or Replacement

Mlad Research, LLC ("MLAD") reserves the sole right to replace or refund to any customer any defective product. in its sole discretion. Any returned product is strictly limited to unsealed, defective, or incorrect shipments reported solely within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. The foregoing is MLAD's sole and exclusive liability and the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for a defective product.
