While we strive for accurate shipping timelines, please note that external carrier factors may occasionally influence final delivery dates. We encourage our domestic partners to review these protocols carefully to align with their internal project schedules and optimize their procurement workflows effectively.

Order Processing Efficiency

To maintain the chemical stability and high-purity standards of our products, MLAD prioritizes efficiency. Most orders for in stock inventory are processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours. 

Standard Shipping & Handling Fees

MLAD offers standard and expedited shipping solutions. Shipping costs are based on market rates. We provide tracking data for all shipments to ensure full visibility. MLAD is not responsible for delays outside of its reasonable control, including delays caused by couriers, supply shortages and other force majeure events.
